Join the Haira team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India as a Marketing Intern. Haira (haira.ai) is an AI-powered hiring platform that helps companies hire faster.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and write posts for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram and other social channels.
- Write blog posts, guides and landing page copy on hiring, recruiting and AI in HR.
- Support SEO: keyword research, on-page improvements and tracking rankings for haira.ai.
- Create simple graphics, carousels and short videos, including product demos of the AI interview and phone screen.
- Help run email campaigns and newsletters to HR leaders and recruiters.
- Research competitors, target customers and market trends in HR tech.
- Track campaign results (traffic, sign-ups, demo bookings) and share weekly reports.
- Use AI tools to speed up content creation while keeping quality and brand voice consistent.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Social media marketing, especially LinkedIn.
- Content writing and copywriting.
- Basic SEO knowledge.
- Basic design skills with Canva or similar tools.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for research and drafts.
- Basic understanding of marketing metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions).
- Curiosity about AI, startups and B2B SaaS.
Education & Qualifications
Not Applicable (no formal education requirement).
Good-to-Have Skills
- Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Short-form video editing (Reels, Shorts, CapCut)
- Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Brevo or similar)
- Social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Postiz or similar)
- Experience in HR, recruiting or B2B marketing
- Speaking Hindi, Gujarati, Arabic or French
Compensation
Unpaid for the first 2 months, then ₹5K - ₹8K / mo.
